We ship across India using trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders within India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available

 

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 working days

  • Timelines may vary depending on third-party courier services.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

Lost/Delayed Deliveries

Return & Exchange Policy

We completely understand that sometimes things may not arrive in perfect shape, and we’re here to support you in those rare cases.

 

Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is defective or damaged.

  • We currently do not offer refunds or store credit.

  • Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

    • The same product is sent in exchange if found defective.

    • You may also choose another product of similar value if the item received is damaged or incorrect.

 

How to Request an Exchange

  • A clear, unedited video of the product unpacking showing the issue must be shared within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

 

Important Notes

  • Exchanges will be processed upon review and approval of the video evidence and product condition.

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
     

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.
     

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for sale or discounted items.

  • If a product is being returned or exchanged due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • We’re committed to making your experience with us as smooth and fair as possible.
